We actively acquire freehold and long-leasehold retail opportunities throughout the UK, targeting lot sizes from £100k to £10m. We consider whole buildings, parades and lock-up shops, whether vacant or tenanted, with a particular focus on assets offering value-add or asset-management potential. We are open to both local and national covenants and will look at single properties as well as larger portfolios.

We acquire residential investments nationwide, including freehold and long-leasehold properties such as single units, blocks of flats, HMOs and mixed-use buildings. We consider both vacant and tenanted assets, as well as refurbishment, reconfiguration and wider asset-management opportunities. We are open to all tenancy types, including AST and regulated, and will look at individual properties as well as larger portfolios.

We seek industrial investment opportunities nationwide, covering single-let and multi-let warehouses, logistics units, trade parks and light industrial estates. We assess both vacant and income-producing assets, especially where value can be added through reconfiguration, lease re-gears or active asset management. We consider all tenant covenant profiles and are comfortable acquiring individual assets or wider portfolios.
